We are seeking a practical, hands-on Maintenance Engineer to keep specialised fibre-processing machines operating at their best. You’ll be responsible for repairing and maintaining small but intricate equipment-machines with delicate internal components that demand patience and a steady hand. Based in a state-of-the-art facility, we design and manufacture cutting-edge technology used across a wide range of high-tech industries. In this role, you’ll work with a high level of autonomy, diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs, and fine-tuning performance. Over time, you’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to process development, helping to enhance both the machinery and the way we work. A background in mechanical or electromechanical engineering is essential, whether through a formal degree or substantial practical experience. If you have experience with fibre processing machinery and have worked with fibre processing machines, it would be ideal but not essential.
