CNC Miller
Full-Time - 37.5 hours per week
Based in Dartford
We are seeking a skilled CNC Miller to join our precision engineering team in Dartford. This role involves machining high-quality components to tight tolerances, working from detailed technical drawings within a busy manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Programming, Setting and operating CNC 3 axis milling machines
* Producing precision components to specification and fine tolerances
* Familiarity of working with Heidenhein controls would be advantageous
* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
* Selecting appropriate tooling and materials
* Performing quality checks to ensure accuracy and finish
* Maintaining machines and ensuring safe operation
* Working collaboratively with the workshop team to meet production targets
Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience as a CNC Miller in a precision engineering environment
* Ability to set and operate CNC milling machines independently
* Strong understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Flexible approach to workload and deadlines
