Your Role
As an Agile Delivery, Scrum, and Coaching professional you will join the Digital Factories Tribe within the Business Technology unit. You will be the linchpin of transformation programmes, championing agile practices, and fostering collaboration across cross‑functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage product delivery using agile frameworks, ensuring alignment with agile values.
* Assess and elevate agile maturity of teams and organisations.
* Provide leadership and empowerment to multidisciplinary teams, driving transparency, inspection, and adaptation.
* Guide teams on Agile/Scrum practices, supporting ceremonies and impediment resolution.
* Conduct agile workshops and coach senior management to embed agile culture throughout the organisation.
* Manage client engagement scope, from inception to closure, ensuring delivery meets expectations.
* Coordinate resources, prepare teams for launch, and ensure milestone completion.
* Improve internal and external communication to enhance transparency and information flow.
* Build a network of agile champions and collaborate with other coaches across the company.
* Drive cultural change, champion agile mindsets, and maintain a relentless pursuit of continuous improvement.
* Facilitate learning and development for individuals and teams, keeping abreast of industry trends and new frameworks.
* Contribute to Capgemini Invent’s growth through business development and practice development activities.
Business Development & Growth Opportunities
* Lead or contribute to proposals, RFPs, bids, and client pitches.
* Participate in internal thought‑tanks, whitepapers, and practice development initiatives.
* Engage in training, certifications, and other learning opportunities that support career progression.
You’re a Good Fit If You Have
* Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach in diverse sectors.
* Experience delivering multidisciplinary products within cross‑functional teams.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to connect across all levels.
* Proficiency with agile delivery management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Miro.
* Demonstrated ability to coach teams, balancing leading from the front with enabling self‑management.

Locations & Flexibility
Positions may be based in London, Manchester, or Glasgow but require full flexibility for client assignments, which may involve short‑notice travel.
