You will be knowledgeable and have proven experience of advising clients on office solutions. In addition, you will have a proactive nature, have exceptional communication skills and the ability to build excellent relationships with customers.Additions to our existing Managed Print product portfolio include Document Management, Scanning Solutions, Outbound & Inbound Mail and Software-driven telecoms products. These new product offerings complement our highly successful Solution-led MPS proposition and will provide further revenue opportunities for the ideal candidate.Key Responsibilities:Maintain, develop, and grow an existing client base by identifying requirements, whilst actively seeking other opportunities into our cross-sell propositions> Increase volume and profitability across the board.Actively target the largest potential customers within your territory (Major Market/Corporate/Public Sector), bringing to the table all relevant tender information.Identify potential new SME clients and business opportunitiesEnsure that the CRM is updated regularly with information relating to new and/or existing businessMeet performance targets set (KPI) by ensuring your client portfolio generates satisfactory returnsBe actively aware of all market and competitor activityEngage with client base regularly, assessing their business needsKeep up to date with new equipment and software ensuring a good understanding of the product suiteSkills & Experience:Proven experience in a similar role within the managed print space or providing solution-based products from a similar industry would be advantageousExcellent MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skillsExcellent communication skillsTime Management skillsPresentation SkillsTeam PlayerExperience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM an advantage, but not essentialDriving LicenseExcellent levels of spoken and written EnglishThe ability to communicate and interpret issuesExcellent attention to detail?Benefits23 days holiday rising to 28, plus bank holidaysCSR volunteer day per holiday yearReferral bonusesHealthcare Cash-planLife AssuranceVoucher and discount hubCycle to work schemeComprehensive EAP schemeHybrid working arrangementsTPBN1_UKTJ
