Strategy Consultant for NEO Bank (Contract Role, UK-Based) - 4 to 8 weeks project
We are hiring a Strategy Consultant with hands-on experience in NEO banking to drive operational improvements and support strategic growth. This contract role will involve:
1. Conducting a strategic review of market positioning and pricing.
2. Mapping competitive landscapes and identifying optimisation opportunities.
3. Supporting the process of preparing the NEO bank for a potential sale.
Requirements:
1. Experience working in a top 5 consulting firm.
2. Experience in a senior strategy role within a NEO bank or payments, cards company.
3. Strong operational knowledge of pricing, market trends, and fintech growth strategies.
4. Prior involvement in scaling or selling a digital bank is a plus.
5. Experience with Kids' cards is a plus.
This is a UK-based contract role with an immediate start.
