Full-time Teaching Assistants to work across both primary and secondary age groups.This inclusive and well-resourced school supports pupils aged 3 to 19 with a range of complex needs, including:
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)
Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
Physical Disabilities (PD)Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support to pupils in classroom and therapeutic settings
Assist with personal care and mobility where needed
Promote emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour
Collaborate with teachers and therapists to deliver individual learning plansIdeal Candidates Will Have:
Experience in special education, care, or youth support roles
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
