1. Consult with clients to understand their protection needs, lifestyle and financial goals
2. Provide whole-of-market or panel-based advice across Life, CI, IP and Home/Buildings & Contents insurance
3. Prepare quotes, comparisons and clear recommendations aligned to client requirements
4. Ensure full compliance with FCA/network guidelines and internal procedures
5. Maintain strong product knowledge and keep up with industry changes
