Overview
As a Retail Shift Manager at Lidl, you will help maintain high standards day after day, motivating your team, delegating tasks, and ensuring smooth store operations. You’ll gain leadership experience and prepare for future success.
Hourly pay: £15.45 – £15.95 per hour, with an additional £2.00 per hour for bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for night shifts. 37.5‑hour contract, 30‑35 days holiday (pro‑rata), 10% in‑store discount, enhanced family leave.

* Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles
* Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks
* Create an environment where your colleagues can succeed alongside you
* Manage operations within your Store and oversee colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
* Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to ensure smooth shifts
* Provide customers with the very best experience at every visit
