With exciting challenges ahead, this is your chance to help drive meaningful change and leave your mark on a business that reaches millions.Responsibilities:Understanding and documenting how ITV's advertising business operates today and how it needs to evolve, covering people, processes, technology, and dataLeading business process modelling efforts to map complex processes at multiple levels and align them to future-state solutionsApplying domain modelling to identify key concepts, entities, and relationships essential for solution designConducting systems analysis by reviewing and documenting business functions, rules, data flows, and integrationsLeading requirements engineering activities, eliciting, analysing, defining, validating, and prioritising business needs, logic, and constraintsSupporting benefits analysis and realisation by helping quantify expected business outcomes and validating post-delivery impactAssessing vendor solutions through vendor evaluation, identifying capability gaps and aligning solutions to business goalsCollaborating with internal teams and external partners to co-design, evaluate, and implement valuable software solutionsDriving the successful implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of solutions, ensuring they deliver measurable business valueSkills you'll need (minimum criteria)At least 6+ years' experience in a business analysis or related role, with proven application of BA techniques in complex project or product settingsFamiliarity with agile principles and experience working in cross-functional product teamsStrong business, systems, and data analysis expertiseDemonstrated experience across business process modelling, domain modelling, systems analysis, requirements engineering, and vendor evaluationA naturally curious and proactive mindset, comfortable leading analysis efforts and working independentlyHigh attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in deliverablesStrong interpersonal and communication skills - able to frame challenges, communicate insights, and respectfully challenge assumptionsFamiliarity with supporting software development aligned to organisational and product goalsOther things we're looking for (key criteria)Knowledge of the advertising sector and relevant technologies is idealClosing date: 6th July 2025Please note, on occasion we may receive a very large volume of applications which means applications for a role may close earlier than the referenced closing date.
