An exciting opportunity has arisen to join, or further develop your career, within the innovative South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Performance and Support Service Team, working to support the Multi-Agency Public Protection Arrangements (MAPPA) Service. This post is permanent, part time based within Regent House, High Patrick Street, Hamilton. Hours are 17.5 hours per week: Monday, Tuesday and alternate Wednesdays, 08:45 - 16:45.

You would be part of a successful well-established team who liaise with internal colleagues and external agencies to arrange and provide a range of specialist and general clerical tasks including a specialist minute taking service to support MAPPA. Daily use of the ViSOR information system which includes updating and retrieving information, updating and maintaining electronic recording and filing systems.
At present, meetings are, in the majority held via Microsoft Teams, however, the successful applicant would be required to be flexible and able to travel to various locations across the Resource including Clydesdale, Cambuslang, East Kilbride and Hamilton to provide support and undertake minutes of meetings.
This post involves access to the Violent and Sex Offender Register (ViSOR) information system and MAPPA folders and the successful candidate will be subject to Non-Police Personnel Vetting (NPPV) at a minimum of level 2.
