Product Delivery Manager

numi are partnered with a UK hospitality tech company that’s revolutionising the way bars, cafés, restaurants, and pubs connect with their guests. Their platform combines ordering, loyalty, and payments into a seamless experience, helping venues increase repeat visits, spend per guest, and operational efficiency. Integrations with EPOS, CRM, and other hospitality tech are central to their growth, and they’re looking for someone to take the lead on making integrations smooth, reliable, and scalable.
This is a hands-on role at the heart of delivery where you’ll coordinate across Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations, making sure internal teams and merchant partners are confident in every release.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead Delivery & Planning
* Run daily standups, sprint planning, and backlog grooming with Product and Development teams.
* Track progress and keep 100% visibility across multiple integrations.
* Maintain a prioritised and transparent backlog, ensuring every integration is ready to build.
* Facilitate estimation sessions and weekly planning, keeping delivery on time and on target.
* Act as the go-to expert for integrations, providing guidance and clarity across teams.
Own Releases & Documentation
* Take full ownership of integration release cycles, from development through to production.
* Coordinate QA and Operations for pre-release validation and post-release monitoring.
* Ensure all updates are documented and clearly communicated to internal teams and merchant partners.
Support QA & Testing
* Assist QA with environment setup, debugging, and testing critical integration features.
* Maintain checklists, guides, and documentation for smooth releases.
* Align QA priorities with releases to minimise downtime and issues.
Merchant & Stakeholder Support
* Be the escalation point for high-priority merchant issues.
* Investigate, reproduce, and resolve problems, keeping stakeholders updated on timelines and fixes.
* Maintain demo apps and collateral to support Sales and Commercial teams.
Collaborate Across Teams
* Work closely with Developers, QA, Product, and Ops to remove blockers and enable delivery.
* Ensure clear communication across internal teams and external partners.

* Minimal unplanned downtime (<2%) across integrations.
* A backlog that’s clear, prioritised, and transparent.
* Merchants and internal teams feel confident in the reliability and support of integrations.
* Repeatable, documented processes for delivery, QA, and support handoffs.
What You Bring
* 3–5 years in Product Delivery, Technical Project Management, or Product Operations.
* Experience managing cross-functional delivery (Product, Dev, QA, Support).
* Comfortable with Jira and Confluence.
* Strong technical literacy — you can read logs, understand APIs, and document data flows.
* Excellent communication skills — written and verbal.
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and calm under pressure.
Nice-to-Have:
* Experience in SaaS or hospitality tech.
* Familiarity with POS/payment integrations (Zonal, Stripe, Square).
* SQL or data querying experience.
This company has a hub in London but are open to taking candidates across the UK who are happy to work remote and travel to client site occasionally.
