* Deliver engaging and effective product training in clinical settings, training facilities, and online
* Prioritise customer needs, ensuring service excellence and long‑term customer satisfaction
* Monitor competitor activity and market trends to enhance territory performance
* Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to strengthen brand presence and customer loyalty
