ABOUT THE SENIOR CARE ASSISTANT ROLE Within your role as a Senior Care Assistant, you can really make a difference to our residents’ lives. Your responsibilities will include: Aiding residents emotional well-being and social needs Administration and monitoring of medications to residents. Supporting residents at meals time Mentor & assist new employees. Implement, monitor and review care plans to meet residents specific needs. Able to engage well with the residents and their families Have an understanding of people with Dementia NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social care or willing to work towards this.
