We are seeking an experienced Travel Operations & Sales Support Executive to join a fabulous travel company that offer travel across Australia, New Zealand, Africa, the West Indies, the Caribbean, Sri Lanka, and India. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced travel industry professional with experience within a tour operator or travel agent, passionate about sport with operations/sales support experience. Travel Operations & Sales Support Executive Duties: * Involvement in planning and delivery of group and tailor-made trips for clients globally. * Working predominantly behind the scenes and deal with clients mainly by * telephone. * Offering advice, helping with their travel plans and creating a premium and seamless holiday experience. * Assistance with content for email and other marketing including social media. * Exceed customer expectations on every level. Back-office experience with the travel industry is essential to be considered for this post with a passion for sports or from a sport travel background. First-hand travelling/sales experience in Long Haul travel, with good geographical knowledge is imperative with excellent customer service skills. Happy to work on hybrid basis.
