We are working exclusively with a leading specialist travel business who are now seeking a Head of Marketing to join their team in London.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this exciting travel job will have responsibility for devising and implementing the brand and marketing strategies across digital and offline. You will also lead the marketing team and manage the relationships with external agencies.
Our client is looking for someone who has a strong understanding of both digital and offline marketing, who is confident in their ability to make decisions and can identify areas of growth. The successful applicant will be a creative thinker who has proven leadership skills and a passion for travel.
With offices based in London, the business offers a hybrid working environment which requires individuals to be in the office 3 days per week, with 2 days being based from home.
This really is a fantastic opportunity as Head of Marketing for someone who is looking to draw on their digital and offline marketing experience within a role that offers autonomy and the ability to make the role their own.

Job requirements
* Experience gained working within a senior marketing position in the travel industry
* Strong marketing campaign management experience across digital, offline and brand
* Excellent analytical skills and commercial awareness
* Self motivated and driven to succeed
Job responsibilities
* Developing and implementing the brand and marketing strategy which meets the businesses plans and objectives
* Delivering cost-effective marketing acquisition activity, targeting the businesses key customer demographic
* Working with agencies to optimise digital marketing channels
* Monitoring and analysing the performance and ROI of all marketing campaigns, looking for any areas of improvement
* Working with the sales and product teams to ensure the website content is up to date and in line with brand guidelines
