This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for resolving IT issues quickly and professionally. Role Overview As the first point of contact for all IT queries, you will provide initial technical support to users across the business. You'll log, diagnose, and resolve a range of first‑line issues, escalating more complex cases where required. This is a great role for someone with previous IT support experience or strong technical aptitude looking to build on their skills.
