Description
* Lead and manage multiple tax engagements to deliver quality tax services.
* Provide innovative tax planning and review of complex income tax returns.
* Identify and mitigate tax risks.
* Coordinate accounting staff and assess their performance.
* Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices.
* Manage tax provision and tax compliance process.
Profile
A successful Private Client Tax Senior Manager should have:
* Professional certifications - ATT & CTA.
* Proven work experience as a tax manager.
* Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns.
* Strong leadership and personnel management skills.
* Analytical skills with detail orientation.
* Familiarity with accounting software packages.
