Our manufacturing client, based in Radcliffe, require a Lead Electrical Maintenance Engineer. Purpose of the role: To supervise electrical activities across the site working with the Engineering manager, Electrical and Mechanical team whilst continuously driving and executing maintenance improvements to increase overall maintenance effectiveness and efficiency. Efficiently supervise all electrical activities across the site. Work with the wide team to effectively manage break downs and planned improvements. Create and implement PPM’s. Act as a role model in driving a safety-first culture. Accurate and timely completion of all paperwork/documentation. Zero accidents/incidents culture. Adherence to health & safety procedures.
