Systems Analyst - Roll Out of a high profile Application - UK Wide

We are looking for a strong Systems Analyst/Business Analyst to assist with the roll-out of a Time and Attendance Application across a large organisation.

The role will include:-
Work closely with HR, Operations, Finance and IT stakeholders across the business to gather requirements and configure the system to meet operational needs
Conduct site visits to assess current processes, deliver training, and provide on-site support
Review and document existing workflows and recommend improvements to optimise and streamline processes
Ensure data accuracy, system compliance, and integration with Payroll and HR systems
Design test scripts for software and user acceptance testing
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements post-implementation
Liaise with vendors and third-party providers as needed
