We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Girls' PE Teacher to join our successful and supportive Physical Education department. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate practitioner dedicated to promoting physical wellbeing, teamwork, and a lifelong love of sport among young people.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Teach high-quality PE lessons across Key Stages.
* Deliver a broad and engaging girls’ PE curriculum, including team sports, individual activities, and fitness.
* Encourage participation, confidence, and positive attitudes towards physical activity.
* Contribute to extracurricular clubs, fixtures, and enrichment opportunities.
* Act as a positive role model, supporting safeguarding and promoting inclusion and equality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for girls’ sport and physical education.
* Effective classroom practitioner with high expectations for all students.
* Demonstrates excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.
* Committed to professional development and the wider life of the academy.
