Location: Lowestoft
Hours: 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday (flexible working hours)
Rate: £12.21 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary – Ongoing
Hales Group is seeking a proactive and organised Administrator to support the smooth running of our clients office. This is a part-time, ongoing temporary position ideal for someone looking for flexibility during the working week.
Key Responsibilities:
Open and scan all incoming post daily
Provide general administrative support to the HR and Facilities teams
Assist in maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming office environment
Carry out ad hoc duties as required to support office operations
What We’re Looking For:
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Friendly and professional communication style
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is desirable
