Account Executive – Mid to Enterprise SaaS
Remote (UK-based)
Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 OTE £140,000–£160,000
A high-growth SaaS company is expanding its UK sales team and seeking an experienced Account Executive to lead complex, consultative sales cycles with mid-market and enterprise clients.
The platform enables organisations to manage operational workflows, assets, and compliance more effectively - driving visibility, efficiency, and performance across field and service operations.
This is an opportunity to join a fast-scaling environment where you’ll own significant enterprise-level opportunities and work directly with C-level stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Manage the full 3–12 month enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting to close
* Engage senior decision-makers across Operations, Finance, and IT
* Build value-based business cases and lead multi-stakeholder deals
* Work cross-functionally with product and implementation teams to ensure success
* Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
What We’re Looking For
* Proven success closing SaaS deals in the £100k–£300k ARR range
* Experience selling ERP, field service, asset management, or operational SaaS
* Strong consultative sales approach with complex buying groups
* Comfortable managing longer deal cycles and navigating enterprise environments
* UK-based, with experience selling into UK and/or EMEA markets
