Environmental, Health & Safety Manager
Location: Hinckley
Salary: Up to £65,000. Benefits included.

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and highly visible Environmental, Health and Safety Manager to work on site at our manufacturing business in the Hinckley area. The role involves implementing, monitoring processes, and promoting best practice in health, safety and environmental compliance.
Responsibilities
* Be responsible for Health and Safety for multiple sites, including development, management and monitoring of HSE matters.
* Act as the ‘go-to’ expert for all HSE matters and provide guidance to senior leadership.
* Promote a positive safety culture and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
* Serve as the first point of call for all external agencies concerning HSE matters.
* Ensure compliance with changing regulations and implement necessary changes.
* Develop and strengthen a robust Health and Safety culture.
* Monitor compliance for external contractors, ensuring all RAMS are correct and adhered to.
* Maintain up‑to‑date documentation.
* Write policies and SOPs.
Skills & Experience
* Proven track record as an HSE Manager within manufacturing.
* Strong communication skills, able to motivate and implement change across all levels.
* Minimum NEBOSH qualification (or equivalent).
* Excellent verbal and written communication.
* Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
* Organised and able to manage under pressure.
* Experience with ISO 45001, 14001 and 18001.
