Keoghs is looking to recruit an Intelligence Analyst to join our busy, fast-paced Intelligence Team. The role involves working on various claims, including motor fraud, credit hire, EL PL, and complex injury matters. The Analyst will identify relevant intelligence evidence from diverse resources to support case decisions.
Responsibilities include conducting searches based on bespoke instructions, capturing and evidencing intelligence for claims, and providing ad hoc intelligence to internal and external clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze claims files and report findings to clients and file handlers.
* Research and locate information using desktop systems and analytical techniques to verify concerns or detect fraud.
* Compile reports on individuals and groups involved in suspected fraudulent activities.
* Prepare witness statements and evidence for civil court proceedings.
* Utilize advanced IT software (e.g., iBase, i2 Analysts Notebook, Excel) to produce intelligence reports.
* Brief lawyers and clients on investigation findings.
* Draft intelligence-led fraud risk assessments and reports following the Intelligence Cycle and NIM.
* Mentor trainee analysts informally where appropriate.
* Meet daily chargeable targets and adhere to service level agreements.
* Record time in accordance with Keoghs policies.
Working Hours
35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm, with 1 unpaid hour for lunch. The primary location is Parklands, Bolton Office.
