Your Role
We are seeking a Graduate Transport Planner for our Transport Planning team in either Edinburgh or Glasgow, joining our 2026 Graduate Programme. As a graduate, you will collaborate with your team and wider cohort, developing expertise in transport planning through involvement in various infrastructure projects supporting public sector clients across modes such as bus, road, rail, active travel, ferry, and cycling.
You will be part of a UK-wide team, providing technical support, conducting research, analyzing data, and report writing. Your skills in policy review, data visualization with ArcGIS, and communication will support public consultations, reports, presentations, and proposals. Collaboration with clients and disciplines is essential to meet project deadlines.

About You
We value potential over experience. Candidates should have at least a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geography, Transport, Engineering, Maths, Economics, or Physics, and a strong interest in infrastructure. Key qualities include:
