Overview
Help Investment Counsellors with relationship management by working with existing clients on operational inquiries and producing portfolio analyses and recommendations based on the current financial situation of prospective clients.
Responsibilities
* Provide operational support and relationship management for clients.
* Produce analyses and portfolio recommendations.
* Act as a direct contact or expert in multiple subjects to develop skills.
* Assume more responsibility as you grow.
* Report to the client Service Team Leader and receive on-the-job training and professional development.
Qualifications
* University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (Finance/Economics/Business is a plus).
* Native or fluent Spanish and English skills.
* Excellent client service skills through phone and email.
* Strong collaborative, team‑oriented setting.
* Commitment to maintain quality of work while sticking to a timeline.
