We’re working with an outstanding SEMH secondary school in Slough that is seeking a dynamic and empathetic ICT Teacher to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference, teaching small groups of students who thrive on structure, support, and real-world learning.

The Role:
Teach ICT and Computer Science across KS3 and KS4, including BTEC or functional skills pathways
Plan creative, engaging lessons that spark curiosity and build confidence in learners with a range of educational backgrounds
Support pupils in developing both technical ICT skills and safe, responsible online behaviour
Use a personalised approach to learning, differentiating for pupils with EHCPs and complex needs
Collaborate with SENCOs, TAs, and external agencies to ensure holistic student progress
Ideal Candidate:
Holds QTS/QTLS or equivalent and has taught ICT at secondary level
Experience with, or a deep understanding of, SEMH, trauma, or behaviour support
Comfortable managing small classes with high support needs
Strong classroom management, patience, and the ability to de-escalate challenging behaviours
Passionate about digital education and its power to engage young people
