About The Role
We are looking for a Branch Administrator who will support the branch by contributing to its financial performance.
Main Duties Include
1. Ensure all proof of delivery (POD) notes are accounted for.
2. Investigate missing notes and PODs, obtaining replacements if required.
3. Balance the branch till daily, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records.
4. Complete branch banking books and ensure monies are banked daily.
5. Forward till reports to Head Office and update banking templates.
6. Allocate pay later notes.
7. Monitor unpaid cash sale reports, escalating discrepancies or queries.
8. Ensure unpaid or outstanding amounts are collected promptly.
9. Run weekly account statements, ensuring they are current.
10. Maintain up-to-date staff accounts.
11. Monitor and analyze the age debt report.
12. Allocate customer payments, ensuring monies are banked daily.
13. Update customer notes with relevant details as required.
14. Review and monitor customer credit limits.
15. Handle general customer queries face-to-face or over the phone.
Working Hours
Average of 45 hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working.
Ideal candidates will have experience in telesales and/or customer service, preferably in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
