Your Role
* Lead and supervise the front-of-house team (servers, hosts, baristas)
* Ensure smooth, efficient service during busy periods
* Manage bookings, seating plans, and guest flow
* Deliver and maintain exceptional service standards
* Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
* Support training and development of new team members
* Work closely with the kitchen to ensure seamless service

* Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Good understanding of food safety and service standards

* Experience in restaurants, cafés, hotels, or bar service
