Education/Qualifications
Essential criteria
1. Good basic numeric & literacy skills
2. GCSE Grade A-C English and Maths or equivalent
Desirable criteria
3. Desirable previous ward clerk skills and has knowledge of Cerner
4. NVQ Level 2 in office admin/customer care
Knowledge & Experience
Essential criteria
5. NVQ 2 and above
6. Commuter literate and good communication skills
7. Evidence of maintaining effective office systems
Desirable criteria
8. Previous NHS experience / or caring environment
9. Knowledge of patient admin systems
10. Working as a team
