Responsibilities
* Lead a stable 3-bed EBD home to deliver Good or better outcomes
* Develop and implement tailored care plans for each young person
* Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing, child-focused team
* Promote participation and consultation with children and young people
* Allocate and oversee key working relationships
* Work in partnership with professionals and families to support each child\'s progress
* Manage complaints, concerns and safeguarding matters with care and rigour
* Ensure safe, effective commercial and regulatory management of the home
* Attend and contribute to care planning and review meetings
* Maintain full compliance with all standards and the Home\'s Statement of Purpose

About You
* At least 2 years\' experience in residential childcare, with 1 year in a supervisory role
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to start within 6 months)
* Strong understanding of SCCIF, Quality Standards, safeguarding, and legislation
* Skilled in planning, budgeting, leading teams, and managing risk
* Excellent communication skills—written and spoken
* Understanding of trauma-informed care and complex needs
* Full UK driving licence
