Job Title: Regional Support Manager - Elderly Care
Location: East Midlands (within 60 minutes of NG34)
Salary: £50,000-£60,000 + 15% performance-based bonus + company car
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Regional Support Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential and nursing care homes across the East Midlands.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of elderly care services. You'll be responsible for supporting and developing Home Managers, ensuring compliance, promoting a positive culture, and driving occupancy and performance across the region.

Key Responsibilities for the Regional Support Manager:
Provide leadership and direct support to a portfolio of 4-6 care home managers
Ensure homes maintain high standards of care, compliance, and resident wellbeing
Develop and engage management teams through coaching and performance reviews
Drive home occupancy and support recruitment strategies across the region
Take ownership of regional P&L performance and commercial decision-making
Act as a bridge between central leadership and individual care homes
Champion best practices and ensure alignment with regulatory standards (CQC)
Requirements for the Regional Support Manager:
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Regional Manager overseeing at least 4 care homes
Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) and willingness to complete Level 5 or 7
(OR be a qualified nurse with active NMC PIN)
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region (80+ miles/day)
Based within 60 minutes of NG34 postcode
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and internal care systems
Preferred Experience for the Regional Support Manager:
3+ years' experience managing 6+ elderly care homes
Completed Level 5 or 7 in Leadership/Health & Social Care
RGN qualification with live PIN
