This well-resourced, forward-thinking special school caters for children and young people aged 4-19 with a range of complex needs, including severe learning difficulties (SLD), profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), autism spectrum conditions (ASC), and associated medical needs. The Role
* Lead a small, well-supported class of pupils with complex needs
* Develop and deliver highly personalised learning plans
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists and external professionals
* Use creative strategies to engage pupils with diverse learning styles and abilities
* Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing classroom environment
What We're Looking For
* QTS or QTLS (Essential)
* Experience working in an SEN or complex needs setting (preferred)
* A calm, flexible and patient approach to teaching
* Excellent communication and team-working skills
* A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
