3. Lead, manage and develop the UK finance team (6-7 staff).
4. Prepare timely management accounts with variance analysis, supporting senior management in decision-making.
5. Monitor cash flow, prepare forecasts, and provide financial insights to inform strategic initiatives.
6. Collaborate with senior executives to review and update company policies and strengthen internal controls.
7. Drive improvements in financial systems and operational processes to enhance efficiency and support business growth.
8. Oversee payroll, accounts payable, and other transactional finance functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
9. Support year-end preparation, external audits, and regulatory compliance.
10. Assist in system upgrades and the transition of processes from paper-based to digital solutions.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager should have:
11. A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or ACA).
12. Strong knowledge of financial principles, systems, and reporting standards.
13. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
