Job Title: Housing Caretaker
We are seeking a hardworking, conscientious, and physically fit individual with experience in caretaking and cleaning within a professional environment to join our in-house Caretaking team.
You will work with a small team of colleagues, responsible for cleaning internal and external communal areas of the council's housing stock. Duties include sweeping, mopping, litter picking, dusting, removing bulk waste, and maintaining cleanliness in car parks and service roads.
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all health and safety, fire safety, and building safety regulations.
A full clean UK manual driving licence is essential.
