We are looking for a hardworking Chef de Partie to join our team. Reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Manager, the position will suit an individual who is working from Demi chef or similar role and is now looking for a new challenge.
Core responsibilities will include ensuring all kitchen operations and activities are carried out in full compliance with the company's operating standards and procedures and the Head Chef's instructions.
Requirements
Proven experience in a Chef de Partie role.
Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Knowledge of best cooking practices.
Responsible for taking and recording food/fridge temperatures.
Inform Food & Beverage Manager of food supplies required.
Ensure equipment is functional and cleaned to high standards.
Support less experienced chefs.
Maintain all Health & Safety measures.
