Position:
This is a unique opportunity for a senior architect to deliver an exciting workplace led retrofit project for a tier 1 client. Reporting to associate and studio lead, you will have a hands-on role overseeing a team of architects and assistants, liaising with client, external consultants and contractors and producing technical information and packages for a landmark commercial scheme. Using your expert technical knowledge and coordination experience you will be ensuring your team are working efficiently and on programme and upholding design intent ensuring quality is not compromised.
Candidate:
The successful candidate with be a qualified ARB architect with a stand-out academic and career record. Experience working high profile UK workplace projects for key clients is essential. You will have strong design sensibilities coupled with significant post planning and technical delivery experience and be able to lead a small team with the support of an associate. This firm are looking for thoughtful, creative, pragmatic and driven individuals and coupled with a quality portfolio of your own work, you will be able to convey your own ideas and how you overcame challenges on projects with conviction. Expert Revit is essential.
