In this role…You’ll take ownership of end‑to‑end hiring across multiple UK sites, partnering with hiring managers to shape selection approaches, and deliver a smooth, fast, candidate‑friendly process. You’ll lead direct sourcing for all salaried roles (excluding senior leadership) — LinkedIn Recruiter, talent pools, campaigns, events — building a strong attraction engine that reduces agency reliance and strengthens our employer brand. You’ll operate our ATS with discipline and impact, ensuring clean data, compliant processes, and dashboards that give real insight. You’ll create compelling job adverts and social content that reflect our voice and values. You’ll identify bottlenecks, improve SLAs, and champion continuous improvement through templates, training, automation, and smarter ways of working. You’ll also line‑manage a TA Partner who has responsibility for volume hiring in our factories. You will give them clear objectives and coaching to help them develop their capability and deliver potential.
