Requirements:
* BOHS P402 qualified
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Familiarity with tablet-based applications, including systems like Teams
* Basic knowledge of the building trade or construction industry
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Self-motivated and capable of working independently
* Strong networking and interpersonal skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities:
* Conduct all types of asbestos surveys across Domestic, Commercial, and Industrial properties and sites
* Gather site data using the industry-leading Teams software system
* Demonstrate in-depth technical knowledge and a solid understanding of industry-specific legislation
* Confidently liaise with clients, representing the company in a professional manner
* Provide specialist consultancy advice, addressing technical queries with confidence
