We’re looking for a *Battery Repair Manager* with deep expertise in high-voltage EV battery systems and a passion for hands-on leadership. If you're driven by innovation and thrive in a fast-paced technical environment, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Oversee daily operations across battery *diagnostics, repair, and refurbishment* workflows.
* Ensure all repaired batteries meet rigorous *safety and quality standards*.
* Manage tooling, inventory, and technician scheduling to maintain operational efficiency.
* Lead and develop a team of *3–15 battery repair technicians*, fostering a culture of safety, precision, and continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with *Health & Safety, Engineering, and Customer teams* to drive performance and innovation.
* Monitor KPIs, report on repair throughput, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

What You Bring

* *5+ years* of hands-on experience with *high-voltage EV batteries* in automotive or energy sectors.
* *SAP-level electrical qualification* or equivalent.
* Strong technical knowledge of *lithium-ion battery systems*, fault diagnostics, and EV architecture.
* Proven leadership in *repair or production environments*, with a focus on safety, quality, and team development.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
