Management Accountant

Are you a qualified or part-qualified accountant whos not only brilliant with numbers?
As our Management Accountant, you'll work closely with the Executive Finance Director to ensure the colleges financial healthpreparing detailed monthly accounts, forecasts, and analysis that drive key decisions. You'll be at the heart of financial strategy, reporting, and internal accountability.
In terms of personal attributes, we are looking for someone with a professional attitude, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to solve problems in a creative, resourceful and pragmatic way. You must be proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. We need you to be adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. And most of all we are looking for someone who is approachable with a positive attitude and willingness to step in to help colleagues.
