Payroll Administrator / Payroll Assistant
Looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join a team. The successful candidate will have experience processing weekly payroll for approximately 40 employees and be confident working with Excel spreadsheets and clocking-in systems.
Duties
* Processing weekly payroll accurately and on time
* Downloading and managing hours from clocking-in machines
* Checking timesheets and resolving discrepancies
* Managing holiday pay, sick pay, and employee records
* Maintaining payroll spreadsheets and reports using Excel
* Ensuring all payroll information is accurate and confidential
* Providing support to employees with payroll queries
Ideal Candidate
* Have previous payroll experience
* Be confident using Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets
* Have excellent attention to detail
* Be organised and able to work to deadlines
* Be trustworthy and dependable
* Be willing to go above and beyond to help both staff and management
* Have strong communication and problem-solving skills

Monday – Friday – Will consider 9am-3pm
Salary £28,000-£30,000
