The Role
Responsible for area management of all sites within your Area, leading on operational excellence by delivering the best customer service for patients and driving financial performance by active monitoring and improvement of all KPIs and ensuring efficient cost management for your area. To provide Area operational support to Hospital and Clinic managers, to drive productivity. To have oversight of all elements in the job description below by providing direction and support to hospital managers.
What You’ll Need
- Significant experience as a leader in a commercially focussed, fast paced environment, across multi-sites
- Proven experience in an operational and commercial role delivering results
- Experience in efficient stock and inventory management and procurement
- Experience in the healthcare and/or medical sector
- Experience in a senior role working with Consultants, Physicians, allied health professionals, patients and suppliers
