Previous sales or recruitment experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage our extensive client base in the local area
* Attend meetings with new and existing clients
* Source and screen candidates and match to suitable job roles through various methods including jobsites, internal database, headhunting, referrals and social media
* Proactively speculate and market candidates into your clients
* Offer consultative advice to clients and candidates
Key Skills
* Previous office experience – ideally some experience within a sales environment
* Educated to a minimum A-Level standard
* Excellent listener and communicator
* Enthusiastic, confident and quick to grasp new conceptsCompetitive but also a strong team player
