James Grace Local is currently recruiting for a fitters mate role in Leicester. We are looking for a candidate who holds a valid CSCS card and Full UK driving license, and has experience within construction.

1. Assist in instalations maintenance and organisation to ensure smooth site operations
2. Support tradespeople with materials handling and logistics on site
3. Ensure health and safety protocols are consistently followed
4. Maintain a tidy and safe working environment at all times
5. Perform general labouring duties as directed by site management
6. Previous experience in yard work or labouring roles within construction or similar environments
7. CSCS card (card strictly essential)
8. Reliable, hard-working, and proactive attitude
9. FULL UK driving licence
10. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team
11. Good understanding of health and safety standards
