We’re working with a well-established legal technology company with a strong and loyal customer base, now entering an exciting phase of commercial growth.
As the business continues to scale, they’re looking to appoint an experienced Head of Sales to lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Managers, driving customer growth, retention, and expansion across the legal sector.
This is a senior, strategic leadership role with real influence — ideal for someone who thrives in building and leading GTM teams, shaping sales strategy, and maximising value from an existing client base.
The Opportunity
As Head of Sales, you’ll take ownership of the commercial function, with responsibility for revenue growth across an established portfolio of legal and professional services clients.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership to define and execute GTM strategy, while coaching and developing your Account Management team to consistently deliver against growth and retention targets.
This is a hands-on leadership role, balancing strategy with execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of Account Managers
* Driving customer growth, retention, and upsell within an established client base
* Owning sales strategy, forecasting, and performance reporting
* Building and refining GTM motions aligned to the legal sector
* Partnering with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to maximise customer value
* Embedding best practice sales processes, tooling, and performance management
* Acting as a senior commercial voice within the wider leadership team
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role (Head of Sales / Sales Director / Commercial Director)
* Strong background selling into the legal sector and/or professional services
* Demonstrated success leading and scaling GTM or Account Management teams
* A track record of driving customer growth, retention, and expansion
* Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and lead from the front
* Confident operating in a scaling, high-growth environment
