About The Role:
We’re recruiting Graduate Teaching Assistants to work in a supportive secondary school across Hertfordshire. This role offers invaluable experience supporting students aged 11–16 while learning directly from experienced teachers.
You’ll be:
* Supporting students in lessons and small intervention groups
* Helping students understand challenging concepts and build confidence
* Working across different subjects (with opportunities to support your degree specialism)
* Managing different classroom environments and adapting quickly
* Encouraging engagement, motivation, and positive behaviour
* Making learning accessible, engaging, and even fun
