Solent Rib Charter is a long established and market leading marine business which owns and operates a fleet of Ribs and powerboats.
The role is primarily booking and organising our water-based corporate events, general charters, and helping to run Lymington Boat Club. The successful candidate should be comfortable working in an active and outdoor-focused environment. Any sailing or powerboat experience is definitely an advantage.
This position would suit a candidate with a high standard of written and verbal communication. An interest in digital marketing would be beneficial, with scope to get involved in a variety of projects.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, hardworking, personable and detail-orientated.
This role is office-based at our Lymington headquarters, working Monday to Friday. We are happy to be flexible with working hours to attract the right applicant, but the role does require working every weekday.
The company provides 5 weeks of annual leave in addition to statutory holidays. Salary is flexible and generous to suit qualifications and experience.
