People & Culture Manager

Hours: 37.5 per week
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract | 6 months
We’re looking for a People & Culture Manager to support the mobilisation of one of ISS’s largest contracts. This is a high-impact role with a strong focus on shaping the employee experience during a critical transition period.
You’ll be part of a fast-paced team, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to lead mobilisation, change, and people-focused projects — ensuring compliance and a positive, values-driven approach throughout.
Key Responsibilities
* Advise on people management and policy implementation
* Lead mobilisation and organisational change projects
* Deliver HR training and promote best practices
* Support managers in building inclusive, effective teams
* Report progress and risks to the Head of People & Culture
* Engage stakeholders and champion open communication
* Ensure compliance with employment law, policies, and procedures
About You
* Experienced in HR advisory roles, with a strong grasp of UK employment law
* Skilled in TUPE and managing union relationships
* Able to juggle priorities and meet tight deadlines
* Excellent communicator and relationship-builder
* Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented
* Holds a full UK driving licence
