Medical Information plays a crucial role in promoting the safe and effective use of healthcare products, supporting healthcare professionals in their clinical decision-making, and helping pharmaceutical and biotech companies meet regulatory compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer medical and safety questions from healthcare professionals, patients, and consumers via phone, email, or web.
* Use approved resources and scientific data to give clear, accurate answers.
* Record and report side effects, product issues, and safety concerns according to regulations.
* Log all enquiries into internal systems clearly and on time.
* Help maintain service quality by reviewing safety reports and responses.
* Write custom medical responses when needed, using approved materials.
* Support new team members with informal training or mentoring as you gain experience.
* Suggest improvements to internal processes and procedures.
* Occasionally provide after-hours support on a rotating schedule, depending on business needs.
Key Requirements:
* A degree in life sciences or a healthcare-related field
* Clear and confident communication skills, written and spoken
* Great attention to detail and focus on accuracy
* Interest in drug safety, medical information, or regulations
* Eager to learn and take initiative
* Fluent in Danish and English (spoken and written at C1 level)
